Welcome to Kitty Co. Cat Rescue! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our programs including adoptions, fostering, and volunteering.

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly. You may not use it to submit false information, upload harmful code, or violate others’ rights.

2. Pet Adoption

• Adoption applications are reviewed case-by-case.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
• Adopters must sign an adoption agreement outlining responsibilities, return policies, and pet care requirements.
• We reserve the right to deny any application in the best interest of the animal.

3. Foster Program

• Foster applicants must provide accurate household, lifestyle, and pet care information.
• Approved fosters agree to care for animals under guidelines provided by our rescue.
• Fosters must report any health or behavioral issues promptly.
• Fosters may be required to sign a foster care agreement and liability waiver.

4. Volunteering

• Volunteers agree to follow safety procedures and instructions provided by our team.
• Volunteers participate at their own risk and may be required to sign a liability waiver.
• Volunteers working with animals must be 18+ or have written parental/guardian consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate volunteer involvement if safety, conduct, or reliability becomes an issue.

5. Content and Copyright

All content on our website belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reuse or distribute it without consent.

6. Donations

Donations are non-refundable. We use third-party processors to handle payments securely.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages related to the use of our website or participation in our programs, including volunteering or fostering.
