Cera is our current longest resident. She is a timid, quiet girl who keeps her distance from humans, but loves to hangout and play with her kitty friends. She isn't aggressive with people at all - they just aren't her favorite thing in the world. However, she will accept a few pets here and there. You won't even know she's around, though - she's so quiet, well-mannered, and just wants to exist under your roof with her feline friends. She is very shy when up close with us, however, from a distance, she's very comfortable and confident near other cats. Cera would be easily satisfied with the company of a kitty friend or two in her forever home. She is treat and toy motivated, so as long as you have a Churu tube in hand, she may just approach you! Her favorite toys are the laser pointer and a ball track that she can bat back and forth, so make sure to keep those on hand at all times! Cera would thrive best in a quiet or less active home with a playful and friendly kitty playmate. She does okay with calm, friendly dogs. We do not recommend a home with younger children because of how shy she is, but would do well with older, respectful cat-savvy children over 10. Her adoption fee has been waived!
